Magens Bay

This beach, the largest and most renowned in St. Thomas, stretches beautifully for one mile and is a must-see tourist destination. The water, typically very calm within its protected bay, makes it ideal for relaxing and wading rather than snorkeling, given its sandy bottom and sparse vegetation.

A beach bar on-site offers burgers, pizza, and other snacks, albeit at slightly higher prices due to its popularity among tourists. As part of a national park, a small cover fee is required to help preserve its natural beauty.

Visitors can rent paddle boards, SUPs, and chairs. However, expect more crowds on cruise ship days.
